Adult Dance Classes
Dance classes for adults are in packages per season such as spring, summer, or fall.
These Dance classes are a great source of fun and exercise!
Learn over 8 styles of Dance such as B-boying & B-girling (Break Dancing), Popping, Locking, House, Dance Hall, Krump, and more!
Every season we will focus in two dance styles. Learning the fundamentals of the dance style, flow, groove, and working on musicality using routines (choreo) and more.
These classes are fun and take the time to really help you with your understanding of the styles. There are also opportunities to compete and perform alongside some of the most talented Dancers in the area and from all around the United States.
Occasionally we have Dancers from around the United States come to teach specific styles and share knowledge of the culture. In the past, we have organized events with some of the top dance crews from the 70s to the present day such as the Incredible Breakers, Rock Steady, Flipside Kings, and more!
Come with your friends and enjoy a class where the instructors take their time to help you understand the styles and yet push you to the next level with fun innovative routines and movements.

Staying active and healthy can help you feel better both physically and mentally. Some may not think that adult dance classes could benefit them, but there are many different ways learning dance as an adult can be advantageous. Here are just a few of the reasons you may want to consider enrolling in adult dance classes:
Dancing is great for overall physical health. It is great for your heart and muscles as well as improving flexibility, reducing stress, and plenty of encouragement for all! Dancing regularly can also help increase your daily energy level, which can make other daily activities much more enjoyable.
Adult dance classes can offer a great place to socialize. You can make new friends who also enjoy dancing and being social can also reduce stress and lead to greater overall happiness.
Dance can also help you feel more creative on a regular basis. This can help increase confidence and desire to try and learn new things. There are also many skills and lessons learned in dance classes that can apply to other areas of your life to help you enjoy a more fulfilling life.
Seasonal Training Packages:
These classes will be on a seasonal basis so you can purchase a package of classes and save or try a class by dropping in one to see if it is something you may like.
You will need some equipment protection if you are looking for the full training of dance. The equipment most needed is kneepads any additional equipment is not mandatory however may be purchased in our online app or in-person at our Studio (One Take Studios).
